Default using parametric eq to change cabinet

has anyone successfully used a parametric eq to change the sound of a speaker like the V30 to something like the G12T-75? does anyone have an idea what frequencies to boost/cut to get there quickly?

Good question! I have not tried it myself, but I too would be interested to hear if anyone has messed around with doing that.

take a look at the frequency response of each, then if you can find samples of the same amp with relativity same settings and mic played through each speaker, then extrapolate the data and try to emulate the end result in the 11R with the V30.

Its really no different than trying to emulate other tones, what is sound at its base but vibrations, dont over-complicate things and you will get it done.

Good luck,

and here is a frequency graph of each speaker
