Pro Tools 9 download from avid downloader

I have a corrupted installer file (4.11GB)

Anyone know how I can get this downloaded again?

When I follow the steps and include my download code I received with purchase it says the code has already been used...

What do you do if you received a bum file?

Your download links should be in either your account or in your Avid store history.

Also I got a a corrupt file message using the Windows Extraction Tool but when using 7Zip the file extracted just fine.

Having a similar problem here.

Can I only download PT9 to one computer??? I was expecting to be able to install on my work desktop as well as my laptop.

You can install it on as many computers as you like. Your going to need your iLok however to launch it.

Thats what I thought! Weird, Avid store won't let me download it again, and I can't copy the download package onto a flash drive...

eighteez - The installers are in your account: http://account.avid.com > Your Products > Downloads

mickeymassacre - There's no account under the email address in your DUC profile. You should start a case in our Support Center with your info.

I don't know why it wouldn't let you re-download it. I can. You will need to get a hold of Avid tomorrow to sort that out. You checked your "my Avid" acount? My downloadedd up grade is showing up in mine.

If you can't copy the download to a flash drive it may well be corrupt. Can you copy it to another folder or hard drive? Have you tried 7zip or another extraction tool?

Can you delete the file?

Whenever I drag and drop, or copy paste the file it turns into a shortcut to the file itself.

Deleted, reset, and re-downloaded 5 times!!!!!!!! Why won't it allow me to install!
