Default Accessing favourite soft synth presets...

I used to use PT 7, but jumped over to Logic 9. Now Im thinking of using both. I find that searching for sounds in soft synths is very time consuming, so one of the first things that I really liked about Logic was the feature of being able to save channel strip settings which I use to categorise my soft synth patches. I can toggle through my often used lead sounds, bass sounds, strings - whatever, simply by pressing control-command-arrow.

Does anyone know if PT 8 has a similar function where I can bank the soft synth presets? And then easily go through them?

I know my Axiom Pro has short cut keys which can go through the PT synths, but not third party soft synths.

Any help would be appreciated
