Midi Editor window weirdness on 2022.10 on Monterey 12.6

This one is weird. Wanted to see if anyone else experiencing the same?

"Control =" to open main midi editor window (not the docked midi editor). For a whole day it would open and then when I hit "Control =" a second time to close window, instead, it opened a second midi editor window. A third click of "control =" did nothing. this happened for a straight 4 hours.... I went and made a cuppa tea, had dinner, came back to keep troubleshooting... and it had fixed itself!! I did nothing but make a cuppa tea and a bite to eat. If this is the magic fix for bugs, then GREAT! LOL ... but seriously ... Anyone else experiencing this 'bug'
