The video engine could not start the playback because the clock isn't locked?
I get the following error when trying to play a video in pro tools "The Video Engine could not start playback because the clock is not locked. If this persists try deactivating or removing native plugins." I have no plugin's enabled so I have no clue what its talking about. Anyway any help would be appreciated

I ran into this using PTHD11.1.2 (Native PCI, osx10.8.5)
The culprit turned out to be an old version of ReVibeII plugin (11.0.1 - August 2013). I installed v.11.1 (December 2013) and this dissapeared.
