keyboard shortcuts not working

hello...

I was just in the middle on a work & tried to use Alt + A to see my entire session & it didn't worked
so I did a Command + A to select the largest region I had & tried the Alt + F shortcut, same problem, no reaction...

any idea what could be the problem ?
