AVID down?

As far as I can see all AVID sites are down. You can get to them but then in a second the site goes dark and nothing is clickable anymore. Cyber attack? I've never seen anything like it.

It probably is a Safari thing, other websites work OK. But you have to click on a button to OK the use of cookies before you can reach the site. That area in Safari is messed up, the white area should be much larger with buttons. I am on Safari 18.2

WRT the possibility of a Safari 18.2 issue....

I updated my MBP 2017 to Ventura 13.7.2 the other day which also installed Safari 18.2.

I had no joy getting to a login at the Boz Digital site several times the following day. I reported this to Boz. Their response was that they hadn't seen any issues with Safari and speculated that it was just a heavy traffic issue (they're running an upgrade sale). I would have believed that if I hadn't been successful moments later using Chrome 131.0.6778.141.

My speculation is that Safari 18.2 is so new that the ankle-biters haven't all surfaced yet. Note that I've had no other issues on 18.2 so far, but if you are getting unexpected behaviors on Safari, try an alternative browser.
