Mbox 2 Pro repair needed - Ontario, Canada

Hello all,

I have a Mbox 2 Pro, and the input 2 gain knob is broken. There is signal on the channel, it works, but the volume knob is spinning without volume increase.

I live in the Toronto Area, in Canada, and so far nobody does repair for that.

Any suggestions from you?

You will most likely have to send it in to Avid.

Note that you do not have to buy a support code for repair issues.


Having said all that, there's a strong possibility that the minimum cost of repair and shipping might be more trouble than it's worth (vs. just getting a different interface).
