ASIO driver for REASON doesn\'t work!
if anyone out there could help me out, well that would be just FANTASTIC!
i'm trying to use REASON and all i get is massive distortion. i downloaded the appropriate driver and it is sitting in the ASIO folder in REASON and still, massive distortion. it's the only driver in the folder and no other applications are using any other ASIO drivers (which i read can lead to distortion). when i go to prefrences / audio and click on "ASIO digi..." there is a big red check mark next to it. is this some kind of extension problem or what? help! I've searched the d.u.c. and everyone seems to ultimiately have had success with this issue by simply inserting the asio driver into the appropriate folder. my friend, who was helping me install, was stumped as REASON works fine for him and we are running identical computers (G4 533 dual). thanks for your help folks, catalyst718 |
