Unhappy Plugins taking forever to load

I'm on PT8cs1 and 10.5.6 and when i move a plugin or copy a plugin into another track, it will take about 20-30 seconds (giving the spinning beach ball of death) then will finally load. Is anyone else having this problem or know how to fix this? So far the plugins this has happened on are:

Waves SSLChannel
Waves Doubler
Waves L1
Reel Tape Saturation
DeEsser
Boom

I will keep adding plugs when i get to them.

Thanks.
