Power Mac Digi002 rack and Digi002 with faders
I have a power mac dual core 933mz desktop /leapord running PT8.2 and I need to know why my digi002 rack works and my digi002 with faders does not. Is there different drivers for each? Both units have had the power issues fixed and the digi002 with faders works on my pc but not my Mac. Anybody have any ideas?

With PT 8.2, the drivers are in the installer program. You don't need any other driver.
002 and 003 Family Drivers Required for Pro Tools 9 users on Mac and Windows Do not install on Pro Tools LE 8.x Mac systems 003 Family and Digi 002 Family drivers are included with Pro Tools LE 8 Mac and Windows installation and 8.x updates

Ok, I have those drivers already installed then on 8.2. Should I reinstall pt 8.2 with the digi 002 with faders coonected to make it recognize it then as it already does with the rack002.?

Uninstall everything and then install PT8 with the 002 console connected. It's possible you have a conflict with the different drivers.
