I have ilok problems.

Hello.

I have troubles in my Pro Tools HD. I resistered plug-ins in my ilok, but it appears Challenge / Response windows in my projects.

Here I go.


Problem No 1.

It started to happens when I bought Sonnox. and it spreads to McDSP and Antares. besides, when i process Auto Tune EVO in graphical mode, Pro Tools Crashes within every 15 minutes. It also happens a project with only 4 tracks. I have a lot of projects to Auto Tune, so I save project within 4 bars Auto Tune processed.



Problem No 2.


I have two of iloks before, and i have four now. if i add ilok and move a Pro Tools HD license to another ilok, 7.3 licenses remaining each iloks. It increases. So i have four of 7.3 licenses in each iloks now. what is this? presents? I had only two licenses before, i never bought to add.

I formatted my MacPro four times, test to insert different USB port (every port directly and powered USB hub), I test to move all licenses to another ilok, and upgraded Pro Tools Ver.7.4 to 7.4.2. But it never fixed. I installed lastest ilok/PACE software too.

Yesterday I tested my iloks at another studio. We ejected the all of studio's iloks, and inserted my iloks. We make some of brand new pro tools projects and tested. Then it appears Challenge/Response windows again. all we suprised. My MacPro was no problems.

Today I tested ilok simply (I moved license to ilok with Pro Tools 7.3/7.4 bundle and Auto Tune license only). It appears Challenge/Response window again. It is only 1 audio track project.



I contacted Antares. Antares was so kind. but they could'nt find the reason. and I emailed with every story to ilok.com. they reply this.

I'm so loved in Pro Tools. because I heard bestest sounds in Pro Tools only.
