Default Is A/V option a worth while purchase?

Hello All,
I am currently using an Aurora Fuse Video card for my capture and playback within PT. It isn't terrible, but I was wondering how much better it would be with the A/V option. If anyone has any input on this please let me know.

Thanks, Chad
