Pro Tools works. I can play and meters/automation is everywhere. No audio is coming out of my speakers. DAE is selected, I/O Settings is correct. Connections are tight. I can even get record levels but no audio is heard. Please help!

check and make sure all of your channel strips are set to output 1-2 not bus 1-2 also check your master output and the actual output connection of your digi001 that's connected to either your speakers or your hardware mixer if you are using one.
Good luck! |

They are all on the main outs and all connections are good. Thanks but I checked that already.

1. is the monitor volume up?(front panel center right)
2. Is the monitor mode button in the out position? (to the left of the volume control, in position sends whatever is in inputs 3/4 to the monitor outs) 3. do you have the faders up, mutes off? Hope this is helpful. |

I am using the Main Outs (analog 1+2) so the monitor volume and button doesn't matter. All the faders are up and mutes are off. Thanks though.

Check the Digi cable on the back of the 001 and on the back of your Mac. The same thing happened to me once and it was caused by the cable not being fully clicked in place.

Once again on the front of the digi001 make sure that the input monitor mode button is set to the out position and not pushed in every once in a while this button gets overlooked. The other thing you may want to try is make sure that the digi001 volume is turned up and not muted in the sound control panel.
Good Luck! 464444 |
