As our old pal ALBEE would say, can you give us LESS information? PC? MAC? What OS? What version EXACTLY of PT? 11.01-11.03? Tell us about your setup. Recording to a dedicated drive, I hope? See the "Help us help you" link at the top of the forum and post a sandra report so we know what you have. Otherwise, we're just stabbing in the dark. Blindfolded. At midnight. Wearing sunglasses.

Have you tried an earlier version of 11? I'm having great success with 11.1.3, and have avoided 11.2.anything updates because I see way too many people having issues.

Your system is way underpowered, especially for OSX 10.9.5. Can you backdate to OSX 10.8.5?

Drive name means nothing. What speed of rotation is it (if it's not an ssd) and how is the drive connected to the computer.

Do you ever let your system sleep? That's not good. Have you optimized your system for PT?

I was getting the same error until I figured out what tracks were causing it and consolidated the audio on that track. I copied the audio to a new playlist first to be safe.
