PT 12.7 and Sierra not seeing my HDX Card!!

I have a Mac Pro Mid 2010 that was just running fine with OSX 10.10 Yosemite and PT 12.6.1 yesterday.
Well I decided to update to Sierra 10.12.3 and PT 12.7--- When I first launched Pro Tools it kept crashing trying load all my plugins. Once I sorted out which ones were stopping the launch process, I finally get to an assertion error. I checked my hardware and it now does not see my HDX card and of course my interfaces. I even installed the HD drivers thinking that maybe in this version you had to install it. Nope nada!!!!
I assume that PT.7 needs a firmware update to the card but it never came up. Please Tech Support enlighten me what I'm missing here.

Wow!! no one wants to help!! Where's Avid Tech Support???
BTW I restored my previous OS and PT 12.6.1 and everything is WORKING AGAIN. So don't ask me to move the HDX card to a different slot it's not that!

Digilink started with 12.6, so it can't be that.

I double checked my iLok and I do have the DigiI/O asset. Thanks for trying. It would have been the obvious solution, but 12.6.1 in Yosemite was running great. I have a case opened to Tech Support. Let see what gives. Have a Great Weekend and Super Bowl Sunday!! CHEERS!

I have same problem with windows 10, protools 12.7 HD native card. 12.6 and 12.7 work but only with 12.5.2 HD driver. 12.7 has access violation errors though when opening a new workspace or saving session. So looks like its back to 12.6 with 12.5.2 HD driver. Man this sux balls.

Was the ProTools install in 10.10 and then you upgraded to Sierra and 12.7? If so that may be the issue. When changing to a newer OS I always start from a clean OS and then PRoTools install. Get everything working and carefully add plugins making sure all are current revisions.

Running 12.7 and 10.12.3 with Sonnet chassis and HDX1 here - only the normal issues -9173 and out of CPU a couple of times per day. HArdware is all fine - Waves, Fabfilter, Lexicon, Valhalla, Toontrack, plugin alliance - all working fine.
