Default Bridge IO burned out, help!

What do I need to do to send in my Nubus bridge IO to get it checked? It might be the IO or the TDM piggyback card attached to it. I ran digitest and the card does not show up. Do I need to get an RA number from digi and what's the address? I need this fixed as soon as possible.
Thanks for your help.
Alex

Yes, if the card needs to be sent back for repair you will need an RA #. To get one, you will have to call Tech Support at 650/842-6699. They may be able to prevent you from sending it in with some troubleshooting.
