Zoom vertically (Towards a track)

I know in PT12 you can zoom vertically by using ⌃ ⌥ (up/down arrow keys)

But when you do that it just zooms in and out, with know regard for what track was selected usually bouncing you to tracks you were not looking at.
And I know you can use "E" to go into explode mode for a specific SINGLE track.

But if I just want to make a a few tracks I'm looking at a little bigger I should be able to select a track and then have the zooming go in the direction of the track that is highlighted or selected.


If any of you have used Logic Pro X. They do what i'm talking about when you use their Zoom ⌘ (Up/down arrows)

E works on selected tracks. And if you combine that with "Link Edit and Track Selection", then all you have to do is click and drag in the edit window across the tracks you're interested in, and press E.

You can also use CTRL + up/dwn arrows to change the vertical height on single tracks. It maintains the track position on the screen.
The fact that PT moves the currently selected tracks off screen during vertical zoom has always been a bit of a distraction.
I'm no fan of Logic but I do like the way that it handles zooming.

⌃ (Up/down keys) did nothing for me when I tried it. It kinda just made the whole protools window move about a half inch...weird
