Default Gpu on first and second Pcie slots that touches the Hdx card in the third slot

Hi everyone, I have this problem, my Gpu is connected to the first and second Pcie slots but (because it is a little bent up) it touches the Hdx card wich is connected to the the third slot.

My question is:

Can I swap the Hdx to the fourth slot?

and if yes:

Will this still let the hdx function properly with pro tools?

Thanks in advance for any input!

If the cards are touching, I would put some insulating material between them. Just ask a professional what would be suitable. GPU may run pretty hot oftentimes, you don't want anything melting between the cards.
