Default ASUS, PT8, PODXT, XP Pro Problems

Here's some background:

Computer: XP PRO SP3, ASUS P5N-E Sli, 3.0ghz Core2 Duo, 3.5mb Ram, EVGA Graphics, 2 SATA drives - 1 80gb to run apps, 1 500gb to capture audio.

Plugged in USB:
Mbox2, MAudio Trigger Finger, Wireless keyboard transmitter, Mouse
Protools 8.0 runs just fine in this configuration.

Ok now...

When I plug in my PODXT to an open USB port, Protools will not launch, giving me a "Bandwidth Exceeded -1115 Error."

I've tried switching the hardware to different ports in multiple configurations, with no success. I need some suggestions real bad because I just got POD Farm software and I can't even use it without the PODXT plugged into the usb.
  1. Is my motherboard the issue?
  2. Is the MBOX just sucking too much bandwith juice?
  3. Should I get a USB Pci card to add more bandwith?

1-I don't think so
2-probably but what can you do about it? likely nothing
3-This is the idea that gives me hope. It may put the load of the POD on a different bus(going to PCI). Give it a shot. Its only 10 bucks! Let us know if it makes a difference.

SUCCESS!!!! I purchase a SYBA 5 port USP PCI express card. $39.99, plugged my PODXT, trigger finger and mouse into it. No crashes and no DAE -1115 Errors!

SWEET!!! Working just fine now.
