Assertion error line 241

Hello I have the latest version of Pro Tools.
Every time I right click on a track I get....

Assertion in "/Users/autobld/gitlabci/PT/release/2022/r3/ProTools/NewFileLibs/Sys/MacOS/Sys_FileLocMacOS.cpp", line 241.

HOW DO I FIX THIS WITHOUT TRASHING ALL OF MY PROTOOLS SETTINGS?
