Default please suggest internal audio drive for new G4

Looking for two fairly large internal work drives for our new G4 867. 80 gig or?
We're getting away from scsi and backing up to Granite Digital Firewire removeable.
Are the 7200rpm ata 100's gonna get it as internal drives? thanks for any suggestions.
