Getting white box w no way to sign in to Collaboration projects plus...

Getting white box at sign-in to Collaboration projects. Then after several attempts, got it to finally work then white boxes with no way of adding others to project & opening message chats. Then tried to sign out and back in and more white boxes and no way to signing in. Tried reinstalling, tried turning off all firewall/virus software to no avail. Maybe it's the Click II track...lol



Worked somewhat perfectly until last update (2020.11). Tried going back to .9 and no results.

After many attempts, I deleted the previous download files, re-downloaded, uninstalled the latest version, re-booted, re-installed, re-booted all this without any virus software or firewall running. Then, ran a regular session, then went directly to the sign in off of "File". This time it paused w white screen, then populated for email and password, then loaded my projects for about 5 minutes. All is back! very grateful...it's now back to normal with 2020.11!!!

Well it's back again with the install of 21.3.1.176. White box after clicking to sign in with no response. Tried all the tricks to no avail. Can not sign in to get to 7.5 megabytes of stored collaboration projects. Guess I'll be calling Avid tomorrow. Can't believe I'm the only one with this problem.

Posting the same thing in multiple forums ain't cool and is against the TOS.
