Angry Where do I file a complaint with AVID?

My Mbox Mini 3 hardware died again (2nd one in 2 months). The first one I was able to return and get a new one after wasting my AVID suppose Code. I got a new ASC but that one doesn't seem to work anymore.

Their phone support is worst than my health insurance company.

I have a dead Mbox 3 Mini which Guitar Center won't let me return because I didn't know they offered an extended warranty and now I'm up [bleep][bleep][bleep][bleep]s creek with no paddle.

Can anyone here help me?

You don't need a support code to call in for an RA. Just call the support number and select the Return Authorization line.
