Pro Tools First / iLOK / No Internet

Hi, my name is Raymond. First post here.

Can I use Pro Tools | First without being connected to the internet? When I click Sign Out from the dashboard(when pro tools first starts up,) I sign out but the create session buttons grays out, and I can not click it. Do I need an iLok?

I searched a ton of things but I couldn't find an answer!

Hi, welcome to the community. Pro Tools First projects are stored in the cloud

2 things to consider:
1-as said, "projects" are in the cloud, so create a "session" on your hard drive
2-if you are using iLok Cloud, that requires an internet connection 100% of the time. Get a physical iLok and move your license(s) onto the iLok, then internet is not required
