Blue face with HD11 Native TB?
My searches came up a little short.
Anybody out there running a similar system with any luck? i7 mac computer with thunderbolt hd thunderbolt card 2x96io's I am upgrading my PCIX HD system, and would rather not ditch the 96ios JUST yet. Next year or the year after, absolutely. Anybody else using something similar?

Word is they should work. If you are mixing new HD IO and old blue IO, its better to connect each separately to the HDN digilink ports
 Having said that, you might consider a new IO for your "money" channels as the old 96IO converters are not as good as the 192, which is not as good as the new HD boxes(but you can get started on the cheap anyway)

I run HD Native with an Avid HD I/O 16x16 and an old 96 I/O off its expansion port just fine. Works in 10 and 11.

I am surprised to hear myself say it, but my new Omni sounds a bucket load better than my 192. I am a post mixer and not a music mixer too........

The sound is soo "clear and warm" plus the subtle colouring of the mic  It really is a piece of heaven and had it been FW or T/Bolt it would most definitely compete with Apollo Quad, Lynx and maybe even PRISM. We love our OMNI and use it everyday for preamping vocals with our 4 day old Manley Ref - C we bought new on Friday. Omni = Big Thumbs Up and if it becomes Firewire and or Thunderbolt .. Well then LOOK OUT UAudio and Company. A new Kid is in Town  Best Christopher
