Default Combining 2 sessions?

I need to combine two sessions. The first session has the instrumental and the second has the vocals. The vocals are of over 100 voices recorded at different times. This is why its not all on one session. I've mixed it down to where my vocals are on ten tracks. The instrumental takes up 18 tracks. What would be the easiest way to combine the two and maintain control over levels and sends?
