Default MSCONFIG settings specific to each HW profile or user?

Does anyone know if there is a way to link my msconfig settings to a hardware profile or to a user or anything like that? I have used msconfig so minimize which services, applications, etc, startup when I select my "ProTools" hardware profile, but now when I choose a normal profile, loads of services, etc, do not start.

Thanks

Jesse

msconfig is a systemwide tool-any changes are global.

Dual boot may be what you need.
