Major Sample Rate Issue!
Help!!!
Here's what happened. We borrowed an optical ADAT piece of hardware so we could input 10 drum mic tracks simultaneously through the 002R we have and we left the switch on the back of the ADAT hardware at 48k Sample Rate while the project itself was at 44.1k sample rate. Big mistake.... When we tried to export the some, it played really slow after we brought it into Quicktime and ITunes. We did find a short article on the Digidesign website saying that we just had to tell the program in the "workspace" window and tekk it that those files are actually 48k files and not 44.1k files (which it said they were.) After this happened, we tried to open the project again and it said that those files, which we had earlier changed to 48k in the Workspace window, were missing and it couldn't find them, manually or automatically. Can someone help me please?!? I'm going crazy here because it's going to hbe hell to re-record the three songs with this problem. Dan |

Re: Major Sample Rate Issue!
Hopefully they are still on your hard drive I can't see why they shouldn't be? (see if you can find them) If they are, try bouncing each file Individually as mono 44.1 wav and then import them into the song.
