Default Sound On Sound Magazine reccomend these plug-ins

I love this magazine. I think is the best magazine for Recording fanatics.
They have a section dedicated to Pro Tools and every month they feature article on how to get the most of it.

In the March 2003 edition they tell the story about the Cycling74's Pluggo Plug-Ins.

Here is the link to these Plugs
http://www.cycling74.com/products/pluggo.html

Tell me what you guys think?
Everybody says that they have quality and for $200 they are a bargain.
It sounds much better than sampletank.
Will they work in Windows XP.

No no!!!
Go here and scroll down to question 13!

But anyway, here´s the quote:
Quote:
When will pluggo be available for Windows?
Sometime after Max/MSP is ported. No dates are available at this time.

not really they've been 'promising' windows versions for almost 2 and a half years now -- yes that FAQ answer has been there THAT long!

*sigh*
