Default Cant get my songs to the cloud

I cany get my songs to convert over to projects and to the cloud. I cant delete any songs either. I am running windows 11. Dell lap top. I have over 80 MB free space on the cloud

Cloud projects seem very unreliable, I'm not sure many people use them at all. I would personally not risk my work with cloud projects.
