please help, problems with the 11r expansion pack download

hi everybody
I've got a problem while downloading the eleven rack expansion pack ($98.99) on the avid webpage,
minutes ago I have successfully purchased it and received three emails coming from the shop.avid address
but when i click on the link "download products" in the order confirmation letter it pops up a new window that says "Error Occurred While Processing Request"
in below is the full message.

it appears that i cannot enter the download page and i have already tried to open it with a safari browser (on mac) and a google chrome browser (win7), nothing works so far.
can anyone please tell me what to do, any suggestions will be appreciated.

What browser are you using? It might be a problem with your browser not being supported...???

Try downloading from your Avid account rather than the email link.

You can access your downloads and authorization information at any time this way:

1. Login to your Avid account: http://account.avid.com
2. Click on Your Products
3. Click on the Downloads under Eleven Rack Expansion Pack

I checked your Avid account, and your downloads are there.
