Default Artist Mix and MacBook Pro M1 Connection Issue

My Artist Mix will only be recognized by EU Control after restarting my computer. Updated all my software. Below is a list of my system and software info. I searched this issue in the forums and tried changing my computer name as recommended, but it didn't solve the issue.

Appreciate any help on the matter.

Macbook Pro 2021 M1
Monterey v 12.4
Pro Tools Ultimate Version 2022.5.0
EU Control
Version 2022.4.0.78
EUCON Version 4.86.78

I'm having the exact same problem but running a Mac Studio instead of a macbook, also tried changing my computer's name with no luck.

Please help.

Is this on a DHCP network(Router) or direct connection (169.x.x.x)?

If you turn on the surface and left it for 10+ mins does it finally show up?

Download the Discovery App (Bonjour) and see if the surface shows up when connected. if not then its Apple Bonjour having issues not EUCON.

I downloaded the app and it didn't show it. I ended up going to buy a new dock to rule that out and turns out that was the issue. The ethernet port in the dock I bought was bad. I appreciate your help.
