Problem protools & soundcard

Hi,
I have a PC under Windows 10, a UR22C steinberg soundcard and when I open protools, no other application can play any sound.
Would you have a idea to solve this problem ?

Use the builtin soundcard to play Windows sounds. ProTools wants to be the sole user of a soundcard in Windows.

This is due to the interface driver not being "multi-client" and this solution is pretty standard for all Windows systems. If you are now wondering how you can hear non-PT sound while PT is using the interface, there are a couple of solutions:
1-use a monitor/source selector(like Audient Nero or Presonus Monitor Station, for example). Not the cheap solution, but probably the best solution.
2-grab a small mixer(think Behringer, Alto, Alesis, etc) that has 2 stereo line inputs. Feed 1 set from the interface outputs. Feed the other set from the on-board sound card(mini-TRS to dual mono quarter inch plugs). Connect the mixer outputs to your speakers and balance the 2 sources with the mixer volume knobs. This solution might cost less than $40-50.
