Default Hide inactive tracks...

Hi

I'm probably being a bit stupid but is there a way to "hide inactive tracks" in LE with one click or do I have to shift select them all and then hide?

Thanks !

Del

nope, one at a time. you can, however, group them and control click on the group in the groups window to show them all and make everything else hide... sort of the opposite of what you want.

If you open the track list with the << symbol at the bottom left, a single click on each unwanted track will hide it.

If you are repeatedly hiding or viewing certain groups of tracks you could use memory locations. Set the view to how you want it, hit enter to get a new mem location, then choose "none" under time properties, and "Track Show/Hide" under general properties..

Again, probably only useful if you are switching back and forth between known views that you use repeatedly..

I picked up this trick from the accelerated videos about creating a template..
