Loops playing double speed in PT10 HD

Hi, am running 10.1.1 on an HD2. Mac is an 8 core, with 10.7.3 OSX.
Since upgrading to PT10, I have found that stuff that syncs and plays back a loop e.g. modern drummer, or RMX, are playing back either double the speed on the BPM or some random variant.
Anyone else having this issue? Bit of a bummer at the moment.
