Feature request - SYNC i/o VSO automation track

It'll be nice to be able to automate the VSO control of the SYNC i/o (the one from the Session Setup window).

A special track can display the available VSO range, so a user could write automation style moves into the time line (sorta like volume or pan automation).

Applications for this are mainly related to speed changes between different sections of any kind of program matterial, and when dealing with music, it's possible to use pitch correction programs (Serato PinT for offline, or even automated real-time DPP TDM plugin!) to compensate for the rise or fall of pitch per section, a much smoother operation than using offline time compression/expansion plugins to create the tempo changes (PinT, TCEX).

A session’s tempo can even stay the same (fixed grid) while the actual speed changes are controlled by the VSO.

Using 2 HD rigs with 192 i/o boxes (those are capable of on-the-fly sample rate conversion!), one can eventually digitally transfer a session that incorporates changing VSO moves into a second rig that's running at a FIXED sample rate (no VSO moves), creating a final master session that's easy to deliver, sync, and mix.
