Default Red, White and yellow cables

One of my TV's only has Red, White and Yellow for output jacks along with a headphone jack. No HDMI on this Visio TV
It also hasp HDMI and Spidif Jacks
I want to listen to my TV louder at times but don't want to bother my neighbors.
I know I could get a long headphone cord and use my headphones.

I was wondering if I could run the red and white or the spidif or Adat into something where I could get a wireless signal with a speaker right next to me. If not I'll use headphones but I'd rather not wear headphones that much. What kind of signal is that.

Thanks

Red, white, yellow are RCA colors for analogue outs. Red = right audio, white = left audio, yellow is the video signal (composite).

You can run red and white to any amplifier (or headphone amplifier) with RCA inputs. They are -10dBV level outputs (consumer) and an unbalanced signal (as you could guess from being RCA connectors.)

You can also find wireless speakers with a transmitter that connects to either the HP output or the RCA red/white outputs, so you can have a speaker close to your ears and run a much lower volume.
