Default M1 Mac Studio and Artist Mix Issues

I'm running a new Mac Mini Studio M1 on Monterey 12.3.1
Protools Ultimate 2022.4.0
Eucon 4.8.6.78

Eucon Control sees the Artist mix but PT will not.
I've trashed preffs and am assuming it's a network issue.
This is a new computer and everything was working on previous software versions on my Intel Mini.

I have Internet plugged into the Ethernet port of th computer and the Artist Mix plugged into a TB hub with some other peripherals. I've tried swapping things around a bit but still no PT detection.
