EUCON constantly crashing

I'm using Avid Control 2021.10.1.29 EUCON version 4.8.3.29 with my Artist Transport (firmware version 1.1.9.0, which it says is the latest) with NUENDO 11 and it keeps crashing.

Every day, when I start the system, Nuage and Nuendo 11 are ready to go but I the Transport is frozen and I see that Avid X error icon in my PC tool tray.

I got used to checking the tool tray before launching the system to avoid the startup crash. But it will occasionally lock up in the middle of the project. Any suggestions on how to make this more reliable?

Is the PC sleeping or do you hard shut it down every day? have you tried it with the Nuage connected?

The PC is basically always on. I turn off the displays to approximate "Sleep Mode."

can you collect the logs(from the icon) whilst its in this state or just after and send me a link to them?

How do I send you the link, Dropbox or something?

Yes, once you have the zip file. Put it on Dropbox, iCloud, Onedrive etc and send me a PM with the link.
