Default using drumtrax

forgive me if this is a stupid question, but can i use drum loop programs like groovemaker and import the stuff I do with that into Pro Tools LE? Also, what about a program like Drumtrax, is that easy to use with pro tools?

(this post should probably be on the Pro Tools LE board, but oh well)

many thanks,
matthew
