Default Can't find "Convert Automation to clip based gain"

The manual says it's in edit>automation, but I don't seem to have an automation selection under edit, or anywhere else. Is there something I'm missing?

Running p-tools 10 2x2.4 quad core intel xeon with a digi002 rack.
