Can you be more specific? Isn't opening.... what does that mean? Spinning beach ball? Unexpected quit? Did you trash all preferences related to the AMS? What if you disconnect all MIDI devices from the computer, does it still not open?

All preferences related to AMS? What is that? explain it to me...
And when im trying to open that window where it shows the devices to put. It dosnt do nothing. Dosn't show the window, it's stay like that. Nothing happen...

Delete this file from your preferences folder: com.apple.audio.AudioMIDISetup.plist (User Folder/Library/Preferences)
Have you repaired disk permissions? Does it open if your MIDI devices aren't attached?

Could also be a corrupt MIDI interface driver. If Slim Shady's suggestion doesn't fix it, try removing all the plug-ins located at MacHD>Library>Audio>MIDI Drivers, restart and try opening AMS. If it opens, then you should reinstall fresh copies of those MIDI drivers.
