Default Edit window not in foreground when a clip is highlighted!

This is a very annoying bug that is destroying work flow completely!

When I highlight a clip or when it is highlighted, after I trimmed it for example, the edit window is no longer in the foreground. That means i cant use my short cut keys before I click somewhere in the session un-highlighting the clip.

Example: If I want to undo a trim, I have to place the cursor somewhere in the session where no clips are highlighted, bringing the edit window back to the foreground again, before I can pres "z" to undo.

This was an issue in 10.0, NOT an issue in 10.0.1, now it is an issue again in 10.1.2!

Anyone else seeing this??
