Help I need to Download Pro Tools Le 5.2 for MBOX

I have bought a Mbox but, in the box dont't contain any installation for the os9, and the digidesign download site, let me download only the PTLE 5.21 update, so i need the complete package.
The Mbox works fine with XP and OSX.
I have send 3 mail To digidesign with my regular code and problem details but still havent recived answer.

Please Help me.

There is no download of Pro Tools LE 5.2 or 5.2.1 for Mbox on OS 9. Not sure if you emailed the Digidesign Italy office or the main office in the US, or how long you waited between emails. Since you've posted this same topic 3 times today on the DUC, maybe you sent them all at once.

But in any case, contact the main Digi Customer Service Administration address at [email protected] with your registration details. If you purchased your Mbox recently and it only came with Pro Tools LE 6 software, there is a card or letter in the box with instructions on how to contact Digi CS for the OS 9 software.
