it's a cross between Tune and Melodyne.

If it doesn't allow you to load entire passages into it and play them back (like Melodyne) but without the delay of Tune, while sounding better, it's dead in the water.

Whatever it is, it has to be better than AT5, which was pretty much useless.

What is so useless about AT5. I've probably tuned 1000 vocals with that plug and they sound great. You just have to know how to use it.

Jeez, useless, what the hell are you doing with that plug?

Default change name of AT5 to AT OBSOL

key sentence of release-

"However, it’s also important to note that we will not be releasing future updates to Auto-Tune 5, so it is inevitable that between computer OS advancements and host updates, Auto-Tune 5 will eventually stop working."

also plus 1 to the mocking of that ridiculous "useless"statement

AT5 is used on so many of the top 20 tracks for it's T-Pain/Cher effect it's sickening. I'd say someone is finding a use for AT5!
