Upgrade from Unregistered M-Powered and MPTK2

I have ilok assets for M-Powered 8 and MPTK2. Is it possible to upgrade from MP8 to PT9 just with the ilok asset available? Is it also possible to upgrade from MPTK2 to CPTK2 just with the ilok asset.
