iLok Manager Down

I can't log in to ilk manger to renew one of my subscriptions
this is the second time in less than 7 days

Works here and we have sync’d iloks for a few days as our ZDT/TLC has been renewed on 9 iloks so we didn’t do all at the same time but no issues with logging in from Sweden atleast.

Might also be ISP issue. I can log in just as slow as usual, no issues.

There is new ILM version available, maybe their servers are bombed with update downloads as we speak?

I keep getting error messages that Ilok can't verify my licenses, then protools won't open, and I get this message:

Pro Tools Perpetual could not be loaded. Please contact the software publisher for support using this software.

I take it your license is in the iLok Cloud then? They are apparently struggling with network throughput, because they just updated their ILM and everyone are loading the new version. Not that it is an acceptable excuse, but anyway that may be the reason

And add that those who are installing LUNA free DAW from UA which are easily in the tens of thousands and they are breaking ilok servers right now

Recommend you launch your iLok manager app, and transfer all your licenses to your physical iLok.

The cloud is not a place to be these days, apparently.
