Red face Just to clarify, is this a good setup?

The new MacBook Pro with i7 processor, (FW800) linked to a Glyph GT-050Q 1TB drive, then to (FW400) Avid Pro Tools MBox Pro?

Is this all I'd need to record music? I've got some mics and a keyboard already.

Should I back up my Pro Tools sessions daily on an external USB drive too? And is this as simple of copying what's on the Glyph to the USB drive?

Thanks.
