Default To zoom a waveform horizontally, question.

when I'll zoom waveforms horizantally with the zoom button, all clips from the tracks they have a reaction at once.
But, is there a shortcut to zoom the waveform for only one clip in a track ? (in the reference guide for zooming options I could't find a solution)

Would be nice to have but PT doesn't do that as near as I can see.

Hmm, I'm confused on the question. Do you mean you want a single clip to expand horizontally? If so, I don't think any DAW can do this, and I don't get why this would be desirable. If you just want a single clip to fill the screen, the quick zoom using the E key(with keyboard focus enabled) is the way to go. Select the clip, hit E and it fills the screen, hit E again and it goes right back to the previous look

Yes exactly, I mean a single clip to expand horizontally And of course my second DAW (DP) can do it O.K with the E key I'm satisfied

Besides the e key, you could also click on the track ruler and select "fit to window". On very high resolution monitors, the fit only expands a certain amount.

You could make a "zoom track" to copy/paste that clip onto. Work on it, then put back on your main track. If I remember correctly, you hold control key while using the zoom tool, click and hold on your clip and move the cursor up; it should only affect the zoom of that track.
